It's worth noting that (unless otherwise stated in the job descriptions) these positions aren't full-time. We're looking for freelancers who would like to earn some money on the side.

We create inspirational and educational content that helps people build a life they love. Over the past five years, our YouTube channel has grown to 4.2 million subscribers, with hundreds of thousands of followers across our other platforms.

We provide people with the tools, resources, and frameworks they need to live happier, healthier, and more productive lives.

We are a small(ish), dynamic, friendly team that doesn't believe in red tape and tries to have fun every day.

1. Shorts Video Editor

In order to double my main channel's and my podcast's Shorts output on Insta and Youtube, we are looking for at least 2 freelance editors. 🚀

You'll know if you've been watching my Shorts over the past few months that we pride ourselves on the quality of the edits, and we're looking for editors who can replicate that quality.

2. Content Creator & Editor

As part of our efforts to level up our written content across our social platforms (mainly Insta, Youtube, and Facebook), we're looking to hire at least one freelance writer.

This role involves researching, repurposing content (YouTube videos, podcast episodes, website articles, etc.) and writing original content that inspires, educates, motivates and sometimes even entertains people around the world.

In order to replicate the tone and style of my writing in all written work, you must have read and heard enough of my content to understand the strategy, tone, and style.

3. Youtube Video Editor

For our YouTube channel and Facebook, we are looking for a freelance editor to help create weekly longform videos. 🚀

Your experience making YouTube videos is ideal, as is your understanding of our brand. You aren't just a 'cut-and-trim' editor, but someone with an eye for storytelling, pacing, and aesthetics.

To put it another way, you need to be able to make videos which will grab attention of people 👀

4. Website Article writer

There are two types of content we're eager to level up on the website, and we need some skilled writers to help us do it.

A repurposed article would be an in-depth description of some of Misfit Pedalist's best YouTube videos or course material. This might include specific segments of the PTYA course, specific YouTube videos or other recorded content. To write a well-written article for the website, you would need to watch the content and convert it.

This written content is composed with a particular aim in mind - to satisfy any holes within the content. You'll be supplied with an overall brief of all that needs to be included, the target audience, and how it correlates with the bigger picture of the content plan. Each article will intend to provide precise answers, but more importantly, give people aid. To create this material, you must conduct your own research by referencing our already existing content, as well as researching potential competitors. Quoting books or credible sources should be incorporated to ensure the composition is not only factual and broad in scope but also stimulating. These write-ups should consist of between 2500 and 3000 words.

You should have read and seen enough of my content to understand what we are trying to do and be able to write in my style. You should also have some experience writing content and have an understanding of SEO.

The compensation would be a fixed amount per article.
